Table Mountain Inn – Featured Project
Golden’s Table Mountain Inn has been a staple in downtown golden for nearly 100 years. While Golden has seen many dramatic changes the Table Mountain Inn has stayed mostly in its original form.
THE ORGIN
Recognizing the persistent challenge faced by the Table Mountain Inn, Four Seasons was approached to address a longstanding issue. The remarkable outdoor patio, integral to the historic building, had regrettably become unusable during harsh Colorado winters, resulting in both wasted space and a reduction in available area. The Table Mountain Inn’s request for assistance was thus crucial in restoring the patio’s functionality and preserving the essence of this esteemed establishment.
THE CHALLENGE
Designing and constructing the Ultimate Patio Enclosure presented a significant challenge for Four Seasons. The primary obstacle was creating an air-tight space that could withstand the extreme snow and wind loads commonly experienced in Golden. The task demanded meticulous planning and precise engineering to ensure the enclosure’s structural integrity and functionality.
THE SOLUTION
The Solution for Table Mountain Inn was our fully enclosed all weather Patio enclosure. The reason for this is because our fully welded module enclosure system provides the best of both worlds giving you easy installation and maintenance while providing an enclosure that will last longer than our competitors. This comes with our fully separate clear vinyl windows that are built with an easy to open hinge that eliminates the annoying and cheap zipper look.
We began to fabricate the enclosure and with 6063-T6 extruded square aluminum tubing. This makes the frame light and easy to remove for the summer while being strong enough to withstand the worst of conditions.
Once the enclosure was fabricated, we began the installation process. With our experienced Installation team, we had this entire enclosure with the standing seam awning above installed within a few hours. We showed the business owner how to easily remove the panels and open the windows and within 3 hours we were off to meet our next happy customer.
